Southwest Kansas Regional Manager

Bank Of The Plains has a career opportunity for a Southwest Kansas Regional Manager. As we grow, we are looking for bright experienced individuals to join our team. This position would be located at our Liberal, KS branch and be responsible for the overall management of Southwest Kansas which would include branch locations in Liberal, Lakin, and Plains, KS. The position would manage a loan portfolio and would be responsible for soliciting, acquiring, and servicing new business from prospective loan customers with a focus on retaining and expanding existing bank relationships. A bachelor’s degree and bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred, and at least five years of previous experience in commercial lending and previous bank management experience.
