Congrats to Chris Baker, EVP Chief Credit Officer

Plains State Bank is pleased to announce that Chris Baker, EVP Chief Credit Officer, recently graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado’s Executive Development Institute for Community Bankers (EDI). EDI is a 19-month program designed for bank executives to further their personal leadership development, each participant is assigned a mentor and an executive coach. EDI curriculum topics cover customers relationships, cybersecurity, organizational change, the economy, talent management, profit improvement and much more. The final day of the program was held on April 26, 2023.

Chris was one of 15 community bankers who graduated from the program during the ceremony in Westminster, Colorado.
